In 2005, Stacy started her career in the field of luxury residential interior design, where she mastered the art of designing unique, warm and stunning spaces. Her skill set and experience quickly expanded to the fields of commercial & hospitality design with global experience with highly acclaimed brands.

Hospitality interior design encompasses the distinctive spaces of Hotel Lobby, Concierge, Guest Rooms & Suites, Spa & Salon, Fitness Centers, Pool, and a variety of Food & Beverage outlets. Commercial interior design encompasses Class A Office and Retail interiors.

Stacy’s diverse portfolio of North America experience includes projects in California, Nevada, Ohio & Florida. International project experience includes Abu Dhabi & Shanghai. Hospitality work experience includes flagship brands such as Ritz Carlton, Loews, MGM Resorts International (ARIA and Vdara at CityCenter) and Mandarin Oriental.

Stacy has a Bachelors of Science in Business & Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design.

Joseph Paz

Interior Architectural Designer

With past roles of Director of Architecture and Department Head at several internationally recognized firms, Joseph brings over 20 years of interior and architectural design and management experience to Blue Ladder Studio.  Upon completing his architectural education at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, Joseph moved into a Senior Design Architect role at an esteemed firm in Guam before pursuing his career in the United States.  With firms such as Wilson & Associates, James Northcutt Associates & SFA Design, Joseph refined his expertise in the luxury markets from Hospitality and Commercial to Mixed-Use and Residential.

Utilizing the latest computer tools and software, such as building information modeling and parametric design, Joseph precisely prepares and organizes all design drawings from conceptualization through the schematic, design development and construction documents phases. Joseph has successfully developed and implemented company procedures and standards for AutoCAD programs, resulting in highly efficient and effective project completion.  With an impeccable eye for detail and exceptional design finesse, Joseph has been a driving force behind projects for such luxury brands as Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons and Mandarin Hotels.
